Simple Returns
We hope you love your Tejas products. If for any reason you’d like to return an item, we’ve made the process simple and straightforward. You’re welcome to return unopened items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund (excluding postage). Please see our returns policy below for details.
Returns Policy:
To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original salaable condition. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. If a product has been opened and you suspect a fault, please contact us within three (3) days of delivery so we can help.
Returns
We’re a small, independent brand and currently unable to offer free returns. If you'd like to return an item, please send it to the address below using a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service or equivalent. This helps ensure safe and timely delivery back to us.

Please include your name and order number inside the parcel so we can process your refund smoothly. Postage costs for returns are the responsibility of the sender. We recommend keeping your proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.
Refunds & Assessments
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Once approved, your refund will be processed and confirmed by email. Refunds typically appear in your account within 48 hours. Please note: postage charges are non-refundable. If a promotional voucher was used and your return affects eligibility, the voucher value will be deducted from your refund.
Tejas reserves the right to monitor returns activity. Frequent cancellations or returns may result in refusal or an administration fee.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within three (3) days of delivery. We recommend checking your parcel carefully upon arrival. We’ll arrange a free replacement and may ask for the item to be returned in its original packaging or request a photo for assessment.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before completing payment at checkout. After payment, your order may be dispatched immediately, even before you receive a shipping notification. If your order has already been processed and dispatched, you’ll need to return the items to us. In this case, shipping costs are non-refundable. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
